Zebra Launches New Wireless Label Printers For Small Businesses
End the Plug n’ Pray
Meet the label printer that just…works.
Small home-based businesses that sell and ship products have seen a significant upturn over the last year as more of us shop online because of the pandemic. One of the mainstays for these home businesses is selling products on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Shopify and printing postage labels and for use with mailing services and couriers is important for getting products out on time and delivered to the correct address. A great-looking label also presents a more professional image and can reduce the possibility of packages going astray.
Labels for shipping, mailing and everything else you need.
Zebra Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: ZBRA) has announced a new range of printers designed for small businesses to print labels efficiently and affordably. The ZSB Series is Zebra’s first range of wireless label printers aimed at small business users. There are two versions of label printer one for two-inch labels and another that can handle four-inch labels. The label rolls are pre-loaded on cartridges that are eco-friendly and recyclable.
Zebra has developed new web-based label design tool as well as a smartphone app that enables entrepreneurs and small-business owners to design, create and print labels quickly with the minimum of fuss, leaving more time for other essential tasks.
If these new label printers from Zebra are as good as they sound, this could be a real wakeup call for Dymo and Brother, the two major brands that have dominated the small business label printing market to date. It’s a business that has the potential to create strong revenues from selling labels.
